At Vessi, we want you to love your puddle-proof gear, so we offer a 90-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we make the exchange and return process quick and seamless.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unworn Vessis back in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
